Je hebt een ruimte nodig, maar bij wedstrijden ook anderen die willen helpen. Of zelfs een trainer en trainingsmaatjes. In een team steun je elkaar en kun je ook als team deelnemen tegen andere clubs. Om  <strong>een echte Dutch Strength Gewichtheffer<\/strong> te worden kun je bij ons op verschillende niveau&#8217;s deelnemen<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Niveau 1<\/b> Neem deel aan onze Lifting FUNdamentals en\/of bij de junioren &#8211; je test af en toe wat je kan!\n<li><b>Level 2a<\/b> Je neemt deel bij onze teamtrainingen en\/of zelfstandige trainingen. Af en toe neem je deel aan of help je bij een clubwedstrijd.
