To use after a general warmup incl. mobility [10-20min]. The 3 dices can be used to create variaty in the more specific part of the warm-up [10-20min] or… \neven make it the first part of the core of a training program [15-30min]. Print the following pdf e.g. at 2 x 2 on one (thick) paper, cut the parts, laminate it if you want and\/or use it on 3 dices like shown at the image. 1 Dice to throw the time or reps and the other one(s) to choose an exercise related to weighlifting.
