We use strength training as our first focus and upgrade to use weightlifting movements and competitions as our primary tools to reach higher levels at our goals of development as
a Real Dutch Strength Weightlifting Athlete
Our members can participate at different levels
- Level 1 Join our Lifting FUNdamentals and/or (pre-)selected preparational youth/junior classes
- Level 2a Do Your Own Weightlifting Training &OR Join our WLF TEAM
- Level 2b Become a member+ to support our club as (assistant) trainer/coach or official
