Our WODS – Workouts of Dutch Strength 🙂
Our WODS are partial workouts as challenges to be done in the exercising part of a training. Mostly done after a skills part. Not to difficult in executing, but done in a more extensive duration. Just start with 10-15 or 20 minutes doing rounds of these exercises, keeping the tempo as referred and scaling down or up to make it more individual suited and to maintain proper technique. No ranking here or target time! Ask you (para)medical specialist or trainer for advice.
