Our Kids train at special hours. The Junior team members (age 13-17 yr) can join at their specific hours, but also under guidance of an experienced adult at all other activities.
At the Level Up classes we provide guidance to help you start or improve further. Our training slotsThis is our current schedule related to individual lifting (max. 8 or 16 per 1, 1.5 or 2 hours). Members reserve their spots. Apart from the pre-scheduled slots, our voluntary staff can make additional "extra" slots (also on national/holidays) or deleted if nobody reserved a spot within 24 hours in advance.

At all levels we have a maximum of 8 athletes and scale down/up depdendent on the capacity and skills.
