In the assessments you could feel what we like to call learning-by-doing. Experiencing the feeling of the right basic tensions in your body with a first aim to keep for stability. To further train with the Weightlifting Athletic Circuits you can start in your fair-play modus. Keeping it safe, pure and aiming to become a life-long strong partner!
You should now be ready to get started with the next sections using a barbell with the weight tested in assessment 4.
